Prescriptions and PD (Pupilary Distance)
How do I get my prescription to you?
We have made this process simple:

How to get your PD (Pupillary Distance) measurement?
It is easy and we can help. Your eye doctor or your previous optical shop will have your PD! There is also an online tool located on the fitting guide page where you can measure it yourself.
I have a pretty strong or complex prescription, can you handle that?

Can you make prescription sunglasses?
Absolutely! All Mike & Martin frames can become your next favorite pair of sunglasses. We only use polarized lenses, with the highest quality filters available.

Our frames are covered under the Mike & Martin promise warranty. All frames will have a no fault one-year warranty.
Lens scratch warranty
Mike & Martin lenses have a one-year one-time “no-fault” scratch warranty. You can find the warranty page link above or at the bottom of the home page. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and form.

Using the highest quality lens optics available, we eliminate you having to make upgrade decisions regarding quality and add-ons. We want you to see the best you can, thererfore all of our lens include the latest technology.
The thinnest materials possible, anti-reflective, hydrophobic, oleophobic, UV protection and scratch-resistance are all included. We make it as simple and as affordable as we can.
When you order a new pair of eyewear consisiting of progressive or polarized lenses you will be charged a one-time fee at the time of purchase. This helps cover the costs of these much more expensive lenses. Then, it returns to the regular monthly plan price. This allows a family to share a plan and only pay upgrades when someone needs a progressive or polarized lens.

Can I buy more than one pair at a time?
You sure can! Just follow the same steps you took to purchase your first pair! This gives you the ability to pick different frames and lenses. There is no limit to how many pairs you can purchase at one time.
Can I just purchase Mike & Martin frames?
Yes! Simply select frame only in the drop-down menu on the frame model page you would like. It will still carry the Mike & Martin Promise one-year no-fault warranty.
What brand of frames do you carry?
We exclusively carry Mike & Martin frames, which we are proud to have designed and sourced from our manufacturing partners in Italy.

What is Mazzuchelli acetate?
Mazzuchelli is an Italian acetate company that has been operated by the same family for six generations and been in business for over 165 years. They consistently manufacture the highest quality acetate available, used to manufacturer the biggest names in designer eyewear. It adjusts easier, it’s stronger, and it stays in adjustment giving you the best comfort and fit. In the last fifity years eyewear has became more of a fashion accessory, and the Mazzuchelli family has worked with some of the best fashion designers in the world. They consistently produce the best colors and highest quality acetate available. Yes it is more expensive, but at Mike & Martin we only use the best materials available and you will feel and see the difference.

What type of lenses do you use?
We are certified opticians and have been in business since 1950. Having our own state-of-the-art in-house lab, we only use and manufacture the best in lens optics. This guarantees you the sharpest vision and eliminates the confusion when purchasing lenses. You know when you have Mike & Martin lenses, you have the best.

What is the best way to clean my glasses?
To clean your lenses, we include a microfiber cleaning cloth along with a microfiber pouch that also can be used for cleaning your lenses dry. With the anti-reflective and hydrophobic properties that our lenses have you can use soap and water, spray cleaner, and prepackaged moist lens wipes. For any optical lenses you should avoid paper towels, kleenex and napkins as they all contain wood fibers. A soft cotton towel is always good to clean optical lenses.
What if my prescription changes or my doctor makes a mistake?
We know mistakes can happen or your eyes can change. We will remake your lenses one-time within 45 days at no-charge for any reason. We truly want to take care of your vision for years to come and we know you will love us!

How long does shipping take?
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we prefer to use UPS when possible. Dependent on what you order and when you order, here is a list of average processing times:

- Progressives 3-7 Business Days
- Non-Prescription 1-2 Business Days

Do you ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do! Mike & Martin proudly ships to the U.S., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
How can I check the status of my order?
When you make a purchase with us, you are required to create an account using your email address and a password. We will do our best to keep you updated via email. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
What is your return policy?
If you find that you aren’t completely satisfied with your Mike & Martin eyewear, we will gladly return or exchange your purchase within 30 days.
How do I return my purchase?

What if I change my mind after I place my order?

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime and will only be charged the remaining amount left on the current pair of glasses in your subscription plan. My prescription does not seem quite right, what do I do?
If you are having trouble please call one of our certified opticians at 903-345-6453 Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. Sometimes it can take a few days to adjust to a new prescription, however we will be happy to help resolve the issue. We want your experience with Mike & Martin to be awesome.
I want to use my Mike & Martin frames for new lenses. Can I do that?

What forms of payment are accepted?
Currently we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) and Paypal. You can also use your HSA, flex plan, or medical savings account to purchase prescription eyewear.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance as payment, but will be more than glad to send you an itemized receipt for personal reimbursement as an out-of-network provider
